L’Oréal Korea has announced the appointment of Samuel du Retail as its CEO, according to a report published by The Korea Times.
du Retail joins the French beauty giant’s Korean unit from the group’s homeland where he held the role of Group e-commerce General Manager. Over his 26-year strong career with L’Oréal, he has worked across numerous senior roles, including as CFO for L’Oréal China.
Talking to The Korea Times, du Retail said, “I am very pleased to work as the Chief of L’Oréal Korea, as Korea is leading the global beauty market with its K-beauty trends.”
